On October 29th, 2004, the anglo-iraqui architect Zaha Hadid presented the first version of her Master Plan for Zorrotzaurre in the Bilbao Fine Arts Museum.

Zaha Hadid, Pritzker Prize for Architecture in 2004, was chosen a year earlier by the Management Commission to draw up the urban design for the area of strategic importance in the development of Bilbao.

For one month an exhibition on the Master Plan was on show in the Fine Arts Museum. The exhibition among other informative spaces included two models and a virtual visit to the future Zorrotzaurre of the Plan.
