Visesa calls for tenders for the sale of a plot in San Ignacio for private freehold development

Yesterday’s edition of the Official Basque Country Gazette published the announcement of a tender process called by Vivienda y Suelo de Euskadi S.A. (Visesa) to sell a plot for building 153 private freehold homes, located in San Ignacio, adjacent to where this company is currently building the Vive Zorrotzaurre Co-operative.

Bidders in this tender process must submit a joint bid that also includes the plot of the former Amarotz Paper Mill in Tolosa.

The deadline for submitting bids is 21 September at 13.00. They should be sent to Visesa at their head offices: Portal de Gamarra, 1-A (2.ª planta), Vitoria-Gasteiz.
