Definitive approval of the Zorrotzaurre Plot Reorganization Project

The municipal authority has approved the definitive Zorrotzaurre Plot Reorganisation Project for the Execution Unit 1 of the Integrated Action Plan for Zorrotzaurre.

Initially approved on January 14th, 2014, the Project has gone through two periods of public consultation, which have led to 36 modifications being accepted.

The allegations presented and accepted, referred to the value of certain compensations due, the ownership of certain plots and the surface area of some of the plots.

After this definitive approval, the new plots will be registered in the Official Property Register.
