Modification of several articles of the Special Urban Plan for Zorrotzaurre

On January 29th, 2015, the Bilbao City Hall approved the definitive modification of the articles 10, 32, 43, 51 ad 59 in the Special Urban Plan for Zorrotzaurre.

This modification had its origin in the Urban Planning Agreement signed by the Bilbao City Hall, the Management Commission and the Community of Owners of Avenida Madariaga 81-83 in relation to the control and building volume of the AD-1 plot under the Special Plan.

The previous usage for the whole of the plot for publicly financed rental housing has been changed to allow almost half the plot to be used for installations of interest for the area.
