12/12/2016

Visesa (Vivienda y Suelo de Euskadi S.A.) has put out to tender the construction of the bridge that is to join San Ignacio (close to the new IDOM headquarters) to the future island of Zorrotzaurre.

The bridge, designed by the civil engineers Enrique Elkoroberezibar and Segio Saiz of LKS Ingeniería, will be 75 metres long in a single span and 28 metres wide: 6.7 metres for the two traffic lanes, 7.0 metres for 2 bus lanes, 2.5 metres for a two-way cycle-path and 8.8 metres for two pedestrian pavements of 4.4 metres each.

Tenders for this second bridge of the Zorrotzaurre urban renewal project need to be handed in to Visesa’s head office in Vitoria-Gasteiz before 13.00 on Friday March 10th 2017.

The budget for the tender is 9,604,695,20 euros (VAT not included) and the execution period is set at 17 months.
