Renovation of residential housing stock

To maintain some of the key identity elements of the quarter and to minimise the risk of alienation of the residents that could occur in the new Zorrotzaurre, the project includes the renovation of existing buildings. The City Hall and the Management Commission have set up important aid programmes so that the residents can undertake adequate renovation of their homes.
